Robert Downey Jr. is Iron Man?

Iron Man. Rober Downey as Iron Man. I guess he has the requisite experience with addiction to play Iron Man, but he just doesn't seem, I don't know, sufficiently macho for the role. This must be how hardcore Batman fans felt when Michael Keaton was cast in the role that would catapult him to forgotteness. Or whatever is the real word for where he is now. Just like Val Kilmer.
