One Year In Suburbia

One whole year in the midst of real live urban life. What have I learned?

Turns out this is how I see some neighbours.



And this is how they see me.




Now excuse me whilst I go and yell at some high-school kids who walked near my house.

  2. Suburbia is designed to get people to see each other in the most unflattering light, by placing them in an unhealthy proximity to each other. "Good fences make good neighbors"

  3. And the problem is that my back fence is low, and not soundproof.

    I may regret moving from the quiet country.
