Why I Don't Miss The 80s

Heard this the other day on some Monster Rock Mix!!!! station in Kentucky and it occurred to me that I haven't heard it in years. And I don't miss it. Or 1982 .

I am glad that I was almost never photographed back then, and definitely never filmed.



Changing tacks...I was 12 seconds into this song when I realised that I had seen this band before, when they were on "Pre-Teen World".



Students of the genre will recall that "The Recess Monkeys" were the main inspiration for another stand-out Canadian band, "The Zit Remedy". Oh Wheels, why did it all go so wrong at the lake party?

Time For Educators to Take Some Responsibility

The hue and cry is for educators to take their charges in hand after last Saturday's ridiculous bottle-throwing party mob. Talk is of expelling students involved in non-school, off-campus activities.

I agree.

The time has come for the Thames Valley District School Board to start expelling students who go to parties and run afoul of the law. The TVDSB must look past their mandate to educate and start parenting properly. Enough is enough I say, especially with youth crime spiraling out of control.
